First, I want to thank you for taking the time to answer questions. As a young mother, I am sure any free time you have is precious. I want to let you know I keep you and Zach in my prayers. I also wish to challenge you to take your blog entries to the next level. You are an excellent writer, and I think you should seriously consider writing a book about your life as a wife, mother, and as a family in the NFL. During the season, how do you keep life 'normal' for the kids? It must be a challenge with all the travel and Zach having to put in so many hours. It must be hard for the kids to get quality daddy time. I was also wondering how you deal with fluctuations in income. Does the NFL provide you with financial advisors? I know there is a large discrepancy between the regular roster and a practice roster. Thank you McKenzie for your time and I hope you can respond soon. I have many additional questions but these were the first two that came to mind. Thanks again!

Are you planing on having more babies? If so then when? Your girls are adorable!
    • lifeline48 replied:
Thank you so much! I think they're the cutest too. <3 Yes, we would LOVE to have more babies. In a perfect world, I'd like to be pregnant again by the end of this year, but who knows! God willing we can have more!
  • Someone asked:
Did you know your husband was "the one" while you were dating?
    • lifeline48 replied:
Sort of...I was dating someone for 3 years before I met Zach (actually was still dating him when I met Zach and friend-zoned Z until I decided to break up with my ex). I knew that the fact that I started to feel emotions for someone else, that my heart wasn't truly my old boyfriend's, if that makes sense. Zach and I only dated for a year 1/2 until we got engaged though and then we were married 9 months later. It didn't take long until I knew I wanted to be with him forever though.
  • Someone asked:
Where did you get your green tennis shoes from? I’m in love with them!!
    • lifeline48 replied:
They're Nike! I love them too. They're so comfy and my favorite to run in!
  • Someone asked:
    Hi!
    • lifeline48 replied:
      HI there! haha
  • Someone asked:
How did you meet your husband?
    • lifeline48 replied:
I met Zach at a party in college. He was on the football team and I was a rower and it was being held at one of his teammate's houses off campus! I had a boyfriend at the time and was sitting on my phone at the table where we were playing Kings Cup and Zach was sitting next to me and I'll never forget it but he slid his chair over to be closer to me and goes, "Who is the lucky guy?". Thinking he was so smooth, haha!
  • Someone asked:
What made you want to start a blog?
    • lifeline48 replied:
I have always loved writing and I'm definitely better at expressing myself in written words than any other way. So if anything, I wanted to use it as my own personal outlet to be creative and express what's on my heart. I'm a very transparent person and I love to share my experiences (especially about motherhood) publicly. I think it's important to be open and honest and I love the idea that we're all in this together. There's lots of people going through similar experiences & it creates a small little community of support that I appreciate so much.
